Pelaksanaan Bisnis Jasa Perantara Properti secara Etis
Untuk menjadi anggota AREBI sepenuhnya para anggota selain harus mengikuti Program Pelatihan AREBI, juga harus mematuhi Kode Etik dan peraturan Pelaksanaan Jasa Perantara Properti yang telah ditetapkan oleh AREBI untuk melindungi para pemilik properti / pengembang maupun para konsumen / penyewa dan antar broker AREBI, serta masyarakat pada umumnya dengan memberikan transaksi yang aman Anggota AREBI diharuskan untuk memeriksa dan mengetahui semua
dokumen legal dan data produk yang terkait dengan properti yang dipasarkannya
Tujuan dilaksanakannya Training Sertifikasi Borker Indonesia
Tujuan Training ini adalah agar industri broker properti di Indonesia diharapkan semakin membaik dan sehat agar dapat memperkokoh sendi-sendi perekonomian Indonesia khususnya dibidang properti
Berlisensi berarti : Memiliki lisensi perusahaan broker dari AREBI yang berlaku selama 2 (dua) tahun dan dapat diperpanjang
Kriteria Training Sertifikasi Lisensi
Kelas Training Sertifikasi Lisensi :
1. Manajemen Broker Properti (MBP), di khususkan untuk Owner, Direktur, Manager
2. Broker Properti (BP), di khususkan untuk Marketing, Sales, Agen Properti.
Prioritas Utama Peserta Training adalah “ Broker Murni dan Anggota AREBI “.
Training Sertifikasi Broker telah mulai dilaksanakan awal tahun 2002 bekerjasama dengan Departemen Perindustrian & Perdagangan :
• Training Angkatan I : 19 – 22 Februari 2002, di Hotel Bidakara, Jakarta
• Training Angkatan II : 2 – 4 September 2002, di Hotel Kartika Chandra, Jakarta
• Training Angkatan III : 9 – 11 Desember 2003, di Hotel Weta, Surabaya
• Training Angkatan IV : 27 – 29 Juli 2004, di Hotel Menara Peninsula, Jakarta
• Training Angkatan V : 1 – 3 Desember 2004, di Gedung Wisma Dharmala, Surabaya
• Training Angkatan VI : 14 – 16 Februarii 2005, di Hotel Comfort Inn, Solo
Tantangan AFTA dan problematika broker
• Anggota Asosiasi Real Estate Broker Indonesia (AREBI) berbenah diri menyambut Asean Free Trade Area 2002 dengan cara mulai mensertifikasi kemampuan broker properti.
• Dengan sertifikasi tersebut, maka nantinya hanya broker properti yang telah lulus Training & Ujian Sertifikasi yang boleh beroperasi di negara Indonesia, Sertifikasi ini juga diakui oleh Depperindag.
• Bahwa sudah saatnya broker properti di Indonesia diakui sebagai salah satu profesi yang bukan hanya dikenal sebagai calo atau makelar, tetapi lebih menuju kepada konsultan pemasaran profesional.

Carrying out Property Brokerage Business Ethically
To become a full member of AREBI, the prospective members have to join AREBI Training Programs, abide by the Code of Ethics and rules governing the provision of property brokerage services assigned by AREBI in order to provide protection for property owners/developers, consumers/tenants, AREBI brokers, and the public in general through means of safe transactions.AREBI members are obliged to check and understand thoroughly all legal documents and data on the products in relation to the properties which they market.
The Aim of Training for Indonesian Brokerage Certification
The goal of this training is so that property brokerage industry in Indonesia can steadily improve and become healthy, and in turn will strengthen the joints in the Indonesian economy, and in particular, the property sector.
Licensed is defined as: Having a company license issued by AREBI, valid for 2 years and renewable.

The Challenges of AFTA and Problems for Brokers
• The members of Indonesian Association of Real Estate Brokers (AREBI) are prepared for the ASEAN Free Trade Area 2002 by gradually certifying the skills of property brokerage
• Through the certification, then only the brokers who pass the Training & Certification Examination are allowed to operate in Indonesia. This certification is also recognized by the Department of Industry & Trade.
• That is about time the property brokers in Indonesia are recognized as a profession, not simply known as traditional brokers, but more as professional marketing consultants.
